改性海藻酸钠对颜料/PUA体系在棉织物上印花性能的影响

利用海藻酸钠为原料,通过Ugi反应制备改性海藻酸钠(SA-X),与颜料分散体和光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳液制得UV固化印花色浆。利用丝网印制方式在棉织物上印花,通过黏度、精细度、接触角、色深以及色牢度测试SA-X对印花效果的影响。结果表明,SA-X可以增加印花色浆黏度,提高织物印花色深值和印制精度;由于SA-X分子中引入了疏水结构,导致印花织物的疏水性有所增强。此外,随着SA-X用量的增大,印花织物色牢度获得明显提升,表明SA-X分子能够与PUA共同进行固化,提高成膜的完整性,对印花织物上的颜料形成更好的包覆。
Effect of modified sodium alginate on printing effect of pigment/PUA on cotton fabric
Sodium alginate was used as raw material to prepare modified sodium alginate(SA-X)through Ugi reac-tion,and UV curable printing paste was prepared with pigment dispersion and UV curable polyurethane acrylic ester(PUA)lotion.The printing was carried out on cotton fabrics using screen printing techniques.The effects of SA-X on print-ing performance were evaluated by assessing viscosity,fineness,contact angle,colorimetric properties,and fastness.The re-sults indicated that SA-X could increase the viscosity of printing paste,and enhance the accuracy and coloring depth of fabric printing.Due to the introduction of hydrophobic structures in SA-X molecules,the hydrophobicity of printed fabrics was enhanced.In addition,with the increasing dosage of SA-X,the color fastness of printed fabrics was significantly im-proved,indicating that SA-X could participate in the curing reaction of PUA,improve the integrity of film formation,and form better coating of pigments on printed fabrics.
