Development strategy of Qinghai embroidery brand based on SWOT model
Qinghai embroidery is a pearl scattered on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is the crystallization of wisdom of all ethnic groups in Qinghai.Nationality is the prominent feature of Qinghai embroidery,but this is the important reason why Qinghai embroidery has not been widely spread.Therefore,the development of scientific brand development strategy is the key to promote the inheritance and development of Qinghai embroidery,this paper analyses its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats with the help of SWOT model,aiming to clarify the future development direction of Qinghai embroidery,and boost the long-term development of Qinghai embroidery brand.
