Research on legal protection of trademark right of clothing brand under e-commerce environment
With the development of e-commerce,the original legal principles have been impacted and challenged.As the main participants on the e-commerce platform,the trademark rights of clothing brands are the core of brand identity,and also an important basis for consumer trust and loyalty.But the e-commerce environment is complex and changeable,and its trademark infringement occurs frequently,which damages the interests of legitimate enterprises and misleads consumers.At the same time,the differences in the implementation of laws in different regions bring challenges to the unified implementation of trademark rights.Based on this,the infringement of trademark rights of clothing brands in the e-commerce environment and its legal protection strategies can promote the healthy development of e-commerce environment,in order to provide practical legal advice for the industry.
