In his book Subculture:The Meaning of Style,Dick Hebdige analyzes the phenomenon of subculture in Britain after the Second World War,the in-ternal relationship between black immigrant culture and British working class youth culture is clarified through case studies.On this basis,Dick Hebdige explores in depth the root causes that contribute to the formation of various subcultural styles and explain how subcultural groups express the meaning of rebellious social order.In addition,he explains the process by which the corresponding cultural elements are eventually incorporated into mainstream society,the observation per-spective and interpretation method presented by the author in the course of discussion are of high reference value.
