本文从主动交互体验的相关概念和研究出发,提出一种以情景感知为基础的主动交互流程,分析构建了智能座舱主动交互模型.依据模型对"智能座舱中控HMI在用户通勤途中遇到交通拥堵"这一场景进行用户需求提取,采用模拟实验和问卷访谈收集数据,并用配对T检验法,对该场景下主动交互设计的有效性进行充分验证,论析了主动交互信息双向流动和反馈的闭环系统,并提供了具体的设计方案.本研究通过有效的HMI主动交互方式提升用户体验的满意度,增加驾驶安全性,为智能汽车中控HMI领域的用户体验优化提供了切实可行的视角和方法论,为推动智能汽车设计产业发展注入新活力.
Research on Active Interaction Method Based on Situational Awareness-HMI Design for Intelligent Cockpit Control
Based on the relevant concepts and research of active interaction experience,this paper proposes an active interaction process based on situa-tional awareness,and analyzes and constructs the active interaction guidance model of an intelligent cockpit.Based on the model,user requirements were extract-ed for the scenario of"intelligent cockpit central control HMI encounters traffic congestion on the way to work",data were collected by simulation experiment and questionnaire interview,and the effectiveness of the active interaction design in this scenario was fully verified by using the paired T-test method,and a closed-loop system for two-way flow and feedback of active interactive information was analyzed.The concrete design scheme is also provided.Through effective HMI active interaction,this study improves the satisfaction of user experience,increases driving safety,provides a practical perspective and methodology for the optimization of user experience in the field of HMI control of intelligent vehicles,and injects new vitality into the development of the intelligent vehicle design industry.
