随着国家对智能电能表产品大量应用,国网要求保证整表使用寿命≥16年,为了保证产品质量,部分省电力公司委托监造单位实施驻厂监造,监造组加强了制造厂内产品工艺质量的见证管理.以一起智能电能表PCB板手工焊锡残留问题为例,从实践的角度,探讨了智能电能表产品PCB板焊接质量监造问题的发现、处理及其监造对策.以期为类似项目产品监造提供借鉴和参考.
Handling and Supervision Measures for Solder Residue in an Intelligent Energy Meter
With the widespread application of smart energy meter products by the country,State Grid requires that the service life of the entire meter be greater than or equal to 16 years.In order to ensure product quality,some provincial power companies have entrusted supervision units to implement on-site supervision.The supervision team has strengthened the witness management of product process quality in the manufacturing plant.Taking the issue of manual soldering residue on a smart energy meter PCB board as an example,this paper explores the discovery,handling,and supervision strategies of the quality supervision problem of PCB board soldering in smart energy meter products from a practical perspective,in order to provide reference and inspiration for product supervision in similar projects.
