Quality Control of High Sulfur Composite Valve Overlay Welding Process
The composite valve with overlay welding of UNS N06625 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance performance and is the key equipment in ground engineering of high sulfur gas field development.The quality of overlay welding directly affects the operation of gas field.This article analyzes the structure,overlay welding process and inspection requirements of overlay welding valve,summarizes the key points of quality control in the valve surfacing process,and sorts out the quality problems found in the supervision process and their causes,in order to provide reference for the quality control of similar equipment overlay welding.
