本文设计制造了一款基于太阳能发电的图像识别型两栖清洁机器人.该设计能够有效解决城市内河水面(如小型水库、鱼塘等)的垃圾清理问题.全机使用太阳能板来提供能源,电力驱动,环保节能.水陆两栖作业方面,采用无线电遥控操纵;主体选用了兴波阻力小、水上面积大的双体结构用以水上航行,底部配置高灵活性、平稳性的可升降麦克纳姆轮用以陆上运行.图像识别部分,机械视觉系统使其能通过摄像头感知周围环境,通过遥感传感技术实时传出工作画面,不仅可以完成对垃圾的分类与识别,还可以任意移动到安全位置或避开不利环境点.本机产品化后,可以取代目前的人工打捞,填补市场空白.
Design of Image Recognition Amphibious Cleaning Robot Based on Solar Power Generation
This design manufactures an image recognition amphibious cleaning robot based on solar power generation.This design can effectively solve the problem of garbage disposal on urban river surfaces(such as small reservoirs,fish ponds,etc.).The entire machine uses solar panels to provide energy,power driven,environmentally friendly and energy-saving.In terms of amphibious operations,wireless remote control is used;The main body adopts a twin body structure with low wave resistance and large surface area for water navigation,and the bottom is equipped with a highly flexible and stable lifting McNamp wheel for land-based operation.In the image recognition part,a mechanical vision system enables it to perceive the surrounding environment through the camera,and real-time work images are transmitted through remote sensing sensing technology.It can not only complete the classification and recognition of garbage,but also move to a safe location or avoid adverse environmental points at will.After the commercialization of this machine,it can replace the current manual salvage and fill the market gap.
