Static Load Strength Analysis of Steel Structure of Ship Unloader under Multiple Working Conditions
A technical analysis is conducted on the steel structure of the ship unloader.Based on the actual structure and load conditions of the ship unloader,a clear and reasonable finite element model is constructed.The corresponding conveying capacity and pitch are set for the static load strength of the steel structure of the ship unloader to predict its performance under different working conditions.The results show that under the influence of external forces,the static load strength of the steel structure of the ship unloader shows significant differences under different working conditions.The finite element simulation results and static load strength testing results are further analyzed,and the static load strength of the steel structure of the ship unloader is comprehensively evaluated.This study provides reference for engineering practice in related fields and design and optimization of the steel structure of the ship unloader.
