通过固相反应法生成WS2,并以其为固体润滑剂,制备NiCrW/WS2 复合材料.采用XRD、SEM和BH等设备表征材料的成分、组织和硬度,采用摩擦磨损试验机测定材料的摩擦学性能,探究WS2 含量和温度对材料摩擦学性能的影响.通过研究发现,WS2 可提高材料硬度,并在磨痕表面形成润滑膜,有效提高材料摩擦学性能;高温下,基体中生成的金属硫化物具有润滑作用,导致摩擦系数降低,同时由于其"自损耗"现象导致磨损率升高.
Preparation of WS2 and Tribological Properties Analysis of NiCrW/WS2 Composites
NiCrW/WS2 composite materials were prepared by generating WS2 through solid-state reaction method and using it as a solid lubricant.The composition,structure,and hardness of the material were characterized using XRD,SEM,and BH equipment.The tribological properties of the material were measured using friction wear testing machine,and the effects of WS2 content and temperature on the tribological properties of the material were explored.It is found that WS2 can improve the hardness of the material and form a lubricating film on the worn surface,effectively improving the tribological properties of the material.At high temperatures,the metal sulfides generated in the matrix have a lubricating effect,leading to a decrease in friction coefficient and an increase in wear rate due to their"self loss"phenomenon.
