Analysis on Long Pitch Metric Conveyor Chain and Sprocket
The non-standard design reclaimer system is an important part of top side reclaimer.This paper introduces the key parameters of the sprocket teeth of the drive sprocket group in detail,and introduces the optimization design scheme of sprocket teeth shape.It focuses on the motion characteristics of the chain drive in non-standard equipment,summarizes the reasons for the impact force in the chain work and the measures to reduce the impact force.This paper provides a reference for ensuring that the non-standard design of the top pile side stacking and recharging machine meets the technical requirements and improves the actual use effect of the equipment.
