Application Practice of Personnel Capability Model in the Field of Nuclear Power Equipment Supervision
Based on the professional capabilities and business requirements of nuclear equipment supervision personnel,this paper has developed and applied a capability quantification model to scientifically evaluate their competencies,aiming at ensuring nuclear safety and enhancing the quality of supervision work.By analyzing job requirements,a model incorporating key evaluation indicators was established,and quantitative methods were utilized to assess personnel capabilities.The practical application of the model has demonstrated its effectiveness in visualizing the capabilities of supervision personnel through evaluation tables and radar charts,providing data support for job matching and personnel development.The successful implementation of this model in the field of nuclear equipment supervision offers the industry a valuable tool for human resource management and decision-making.
