Welding process is a vital link in modern manufacturing,and welding defects may lead to product quality degradation and safety hazards.Therefore,this paper focuses on welding process optimization and defect control strategies,discusses welding process parameter selection,optimization methods and their role in defect control,analyzes the causes of different types of welding defects,and introduces defect detection and evaluation methods,proposes corresponding defect control strategies and preventive measures.
