Study on Structural Design of Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder for CDQ in EPCT Mode
This paper briefly introduces the application characteristics of electromagnetic vibration feeder for CDQ.Combined with EPCT mode,the main structural design of electromagnetic vibration feeder,such as trolley body,electromagnetic drive and electrical control system,is analyzed and studied.At the same time,the detection standard of no-load test and load test steps of the core component electromagnetic actuator and the monitoring of the control system are emphatically expounded.It effectively promotes the systematic value,practical application,energy saving and environmental protection activities of structural design.
