The Processes and Functional Study of Grassland Litter Decomposition
Litter is an important part of the grassland ecosystem, its accumulation and decomposition play an important role in grass rejected and maintaining ecosystem function.The present paper reviewed the current studies involving the research methods of grass litter,the relationship between litter dynamic and the environment, the effect of litter dynamic on soil properties and so on, to clarify the ecological function of litter on soil carbon pool,grass hydrology and vegetation update,etc.That can provide the oretical guidance for in-depth understanding of the structure and function of grassland ecosystem and ensuring the stability and the sustainable development of grassland ecosystem.
