Changes in IFN-α,IgG,and IL-2 content in the peripheral blood of Tibetan sheep and White-Tibetan sheep
In order to analyze the secretion characteristics of some immune molecules in the growth and development of Tibetan sheep and White-Tibetan hybrid sheep, the immunological characteristics of Tibetan sheep and White-Tibetan hybrid sheep were discussed. The concentrations of interferon(IFN-α),immunoglobulin G(IgG)andinterleukin-2(IL-2)in the peripheral blood of 0.5-year-old,1-year-old and 1.5-year-old Tibetan sheep and white-Tibetan sheep were detected by ELISA,and the change rule was analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of age,IL-2 of Tibetan rams decreased gradually, while that of Tibetan ewes in-creased gradually(P<0.05).The IgG content of Tibetan rams and Tibetan ewes decreased gradually, and the decrease of Tibetan rams was obvious(P<0.05).The content of IFN-α in Tibetan rams gradually decreased, and the decreasing trend was obvious between 0.5 and 1 years old(P<0.05),while the change in Tibetan ewes was not significant. With the increase of age,the IL-2 content of white-Tibetan rams and ewes first decreased and then increased;the IgG content of white-Tibetan rams did not change significantly, while that of ewes increased first and then decreased, and the decrease was significant between 1 and 1.5 years old(P<0.05).The con-tent of IFN-α in white-Tibetan rams gradually decreased, while that in ewes increased first and then decreased.
