浅析重庆市草牧业发展中存在的问题及对策

我国草地放牧利用的历史十分悠久,国家也实施了一系列政策助推草牧业发展.同时,大力发展科学草牧业也适合我国目前的国情,可有效防止水土流失,促进生态文明建设,提高国民经济收入,加快草牧业种植和畜禽养殖相结合的产业结构调整,保证供应畜产品食品质量安全等.而在草地利用与管理的方面,我国传统的粗放经营模式的畜牧业的投入和产出均低,相较部分农业发达国家落后,在育种、管理、市场、技术、政策、制度和与畜禽养殖结合等方面存在部分问题.本文结合国内草牧业发展情况总结了近年来重庆市草牧业发展中可能存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为重庆未来的草牧业发展提供一定参考.
Analysis of possible problems and countermeasures in the development of grassland and animal husbandry industry in Chongqing
The history of grassland grazing and utilization in China is very long,and the country has also implemented a series of poli-cies to promote the development of grassland and animal husbandry.At the same time,vigorously developing scientific grassland and animal husbandry is also suitable for Chinese current national conditions,which can effectively prevent soil erosion,strengthen ecological civiliza-tion construction,increase national economic income,accelerate the industrial structure adjustment of combining grassland and animal hus-bandry planting with animal husbandry,and ensure the quality and safety of animal products and food supply.In terms of grassland utiliza-tion and management,China's traditional extensive management model of animal husbandry has low input and output,which is lagging be-hind some developed agricultural countries.There are some problems in breeding,management,market,technology,policies,systems,and integration with animal husbandry.This article summarizes the possible problems in the development of grass and animal husbandry in Chongqing in recent years based on the development of domestic grass and animal husbandry,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide certain reference for the future development of grass and animal husbandry in Chongqing.
