老芒麦抗逆性评价研究进展

老芒麦(Elymus Sibiricus Linn.)在我国青藏高原地区的人工草地建植、天然草地恢复改良、草地畜牧业发展等方面发挥重要作用.近年来,我国对老芒麦抗旱性、耐寒性以及抗盐碱性等抗逆性评价研究较多,评价指标也比较丰富,从形态学指标到生理生化指标逐渐深入,在老芒麦抗逆性评价方面取得了诸多成果.综述我国老芒麦研究中涉及的主要抗逆性评价指标研究进展,旨在为老芒麦抗性研究、种质资源的评价利用以及评价指标的选择提供一定参考.
Research progress on evaluation of stress resistance of Elymus sibiricus
Elymus sibiricus is a plant of Elymus of Gramineae and a model species of Elymus,which plays an important role in the es-tablishment of artificial grassland,the restoration and improvement of natural grassland and the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China.In recent years,there are many researches on the evaluation of stress resistance of Elymus sibiricus in Chi-na,and the evaluation indexes are also abundant,and a lot of achievements have been made in the evaluation of stress resistance of Elymus sibiricus.The main stress resistance evaluation indexes involved in the research of Elymus sibiricus in China were summarized and different e-valuation indexes were classified and analyzed in order to provide scientific reference for the research of Elymus sibiricus resistance,the se-lection of evaluation indexes and the evaluation and utilization of germplasm resources.
