Response mechanism of endophytic bacteria of Suaeda salsa to high salinity and low nitrogen
Suaeda glauca is a kind of halophyte growing on saline-alkalized soil,which can reduce soil salinity and improve the utili-zation value of saline-alkali soil.Suaeda glauca plays an important role in economy,medical treatment,ecology and so on which has rich value.The endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria in Suaeda glauca can cope with the adverse environment by producing ACC deami-nase,proline,IAA and other substances.Suaeda glauca and Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria can improve soil structure,reduce soil salinity and improve soil utilization,which plays an important role in the sustainable development of saline-alkali soil in China.This paper summarizes the adaptation mechanism of Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria to high saline-al-kali and low nitrogen,and looks forward to the future research of endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria,so as to provide reference for the further study of Suaeda glauca endophytic saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria in the future.
