Effects of shading treatments on anatomical structure of leaves of 10 germplasm resources of Lepidoptera japonicum
The effects of shade on leaf anatomical structure index of 10 germplasm resources of Lepidoptera Japonicum from different re-gions were studied through different shade degree of processing, and suitable materials with better shade tolerance for planting in Chengdu re-gion were selected using the membership function method. The results were as follows:With the increase of shading degree, the palisade tissue decreased with the increase of shading time, the sponge tissue increased with the increase of shading time, and the thickness of the lower epidermis gradually became thicker with the increase of shading time. The change of leaf thickness was related to different varieties.Using membership function analysis, the order of shade tolerance of test materials is:SAG-BJ-19006>SAG-SY-19005>SAG-OJ-19004>SAG-DT-19009>SAG-OJ-19002=SAG-OJ-19003>SAG-LM-19001>SAG-DZ-19007>SAG-BQ-19010>SAG-XJ-19008;Based on the membership function and field experiment, three shade tolerant plants were selected as sag-OJ-19004,SAG-SY-19005 and SAG-BJ-19006,which were suitable for cultivation in Chengdu area.
