胡卢巴种子萌发对干旱胁迫的响应

本研究以不同种质胡卢巴种子为研究对象,探究不同浓度干旱胁迫对加拿大胡卢巴、云南胡卢巴、甘肃胡卢巴和青海胡卢巴萌发指标的影响.结果表明:随PEG浓度增加胡卢巴种子发芽势、胚根长、胚芽长、活力指数呈下降趋势;同种质胡卢巴萌发指标对不同浓度PEG胁迫响应度不同;种质×PEG干旱胁迫综合评价结果中加拿大胡卢巴在PEG浓度 10%时抗旱性最好,加拿大胡卢巴在PEG浓度为25%时抗旱性最差.结论:PEG浓度升高对胡卢巴种子萌发有抑制作用;PEG浓度 10%时,胡卢巴种子萌发指标最好;PEG浓度25%时,青海胡卢巴表现最佳.
Response of seed germination of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.to drought stress
In this study,the seeds of different germplasms of fenugreek were used as the research object to explore the effects of differ-ent concentrations of drought stress on the germination indexes of Canadian fenugreek,Yunnan fenugreek,Gansu fenugreek and Qinghai fenugreek.The results showed that:With the increase of PEG concentration,the germination potential,radicle length,germ length and vigor index of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.seeds decreased.The germination indexes of the same germplasm were different in response to different concentrations of PEG stress.In the comprehensive evaluation results of germplasm×PEG drought stress,the drought resistance of Canadian fenugreek was the best when PEG was 10%,and the drought resistance of Canadian fenugreek was the worst when PEG was 25%.Conclusion:The increase of PEG concentration has an inhibitory effect on the seed germination of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.The ger-mination index of 10%PEG concentration was the best,and the germination index of 25%PEG concentration was the best.
