Analysis of heavy metal enrichment capacity of rhizosphere soil and vegetation in different periods of typical grassland in Inner Mongolia
In this study, eight typical grasslands in Inner Mongolia, such as desert steppe, meadow steppe and artificial grassland, were selected as monitoring sites to measure the content of heavy metals in soil and vegetation during the green, flourishing and wilting sta-ges,and calculate the enrichment coefficient of soil and vegetation at different monitoring sites. It was concluded that the contents of four heavy metal elements in soil were Chromium>Lead>Arsenic>Mercury, and the contents of mercury were much lower than those of the other three elements. The contents of four heavy metal elements fluctuated little in each region with time.Among them, the enrichment ca-pacity of Lead in flourishing period was about twice higher than that in withered period. The enrichment capacity of Chromium in rejuvena-ting and flourishing period was not very different in each region, and the enrichment capacity of Baotou,Chayouqianqi and Huiteng Xile was low.The enrichment capacity of arsenic in hulun Buir,Chayou Qianqi and Huiteng Xile steppe plants in the flourishing period was more than15%,and that in other periods and regions was about 3%.The enrichment capacity of mercury was the highest among the four heavy met-als,reaching more than 30%,and the enrichment capacity of mercury in flourishing stage was about two times of that in rejuvenating stage.
