2023 年5 月川西北某牦牛养殖场暴发呼吸道疾病并出现死亡,本试验的目的是对此疫情进行病原学诊断.采集了3 份病死牦牛肺脏样本,采用PCR方法对肺脏样本进行了10 种常见呼吸道病原的检测.结果显示,2 份样本检出牛呼吸道合胞体病毒,2 份样本检出A型多杀性巴氏杆菌,其中1 份样本同时检出牛呼吸道合胞体病毒和A型多杀性巴氏杆菌.结合临床资料和实验室检测结果,诊断该养殖场牦牛暴发的呼吸道疾病是由牛呼吸道合胞体病毒和A型多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染引起的,为该场牦牛的疾病防治提供可靠依据.
Diagnosis of mixed infection bovine respiratory syncytial virus and pasteurella multocida A in Yak
In May 2023,an outbreak of respiratory disease and death occurred on a yak farm in northwest Sichuan.The purpose of this experiment is to make an aetiological diagnosis of the epidemic situation.Three lung samples from dead yaks were collected,and 10 common respiratory pathogens were detected by PCR.The results showed that bovine respiratory syncytial virus was detected in two samples and pasteurella multocida A in two samples,of which one sample was detected with both bovine respiratory syncytial virus and pasteurella multocida A.Combined with the clinical data and laboratory results,it was diagnosed that the outbreak of respiratory disease in yaks on this farm was caused by co-infection with bovine respiratory syncytial virus and pasteurella multocida A,providing a reliable basis for disease prevention and treatment on this farm.
