中文摘要：伏生臂形草(Brachiaria decumbens)是禾本科臂形草属的多年生牧草,具有耐酸、耐旱、耐贫瘠、产草量高的特点,在云南热带与亚热带地区的草地畜牧业、人工草地建设、生态治理中发挥着重要作用.然而,由于该草种子休眠性强、种子成熟不一致以及气候等因素的限制,制约了该草种的推广应用.本文论述了伏生臂形草的特征特性、生态价值、饲用价值以及种子生产研究等,旨在为该草种的种子生产和良种产业化提供参考.

外文摘要：Brachiaria decumbens is a perennial forage of the genus Brachium in the gramineae family.It has the characteristics of acid resistance,drought tolerance,barren tolerance and high grass yield,and plays an important role in grassland animal husbandry,artificial grassland construction and ecological management in Yunnan subtropical region.However,due to the strong dormancy of the grass seed,inconsistent seed maturity and climate constraints,the popularization and application of the grass seed are restricted.In this paper,the characteristics,ecological value,feeding value and seed production of this grass were discussed in order to provide reference for the seed production and improvement of this quality forage species.
