干旱胁迫对披碱草幼苗根系生理的影响

采用盆栽幼苗培育法,在干旱胁迫处理下分析了 3 种披碱草幼苗根系的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、相对电导率和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化情况.结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度加剧,3 种披碱草幼苗根系的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸和相对电导率均呈上升趋势,而SOD、CAT和POD则表现为先降后升的变化.运用相关性分析及隶属函数法评价披碱草幼苗期抗旱性,得出披碱草新品系抗旱性强于垂穗披碱草和圆柱披碱草.
Effects of drought stress on root physiology of Elymus seedlings
The malondialdehyde,free proline,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,relative electrical conductivity and catalase of three species of Elymus seedlings root were analyzed by pot seedling cultivation under drought stress.The results showed that malondialde-hyde,free proline and relative electrical conductivity increased with the intensities of drought stress,while the superoxide dismutase,cata-lase and peroxidase decreased first and then increased.Correlation analysis and membership function method were used to evaluate the drought stress of Elymus species seedlings.The order of drought tolerance of Elymus species was:Elymus dahuricum Turcz>Elymus cylin-dricus(Franch.)Honda>Elymus nutans Griseb.
