摘要

盐胁迫是对植物生长和发育产生重要影响的非生物因素之一,而外源物质可以有效减轻盐胁迫对植物的负面影响.本文主要综述了不同外源物质(水杨酸、甜菜碱、氯化钙)对盐胁迫下植物生长的调控机理及其缓解效应,并展望了外源物质对牧草种子萌发期和苗期在盐胁迫下的缓解效果,以期为盐碱地植被恢复改良提供理论基础.

Abstract

Salt stress is one of the abiotic factors that have an important impact on plant growth and development,and exogenous sub-stances can effectively alleviate the negative effects of salt stress on plants.This article mainly reviews the regulatory mechanisms and allevi-ating effects of different exogenous substances(salicylic acid,betaine,and calcium chloride)on plant growth under salt stress,and looks forward to the alleviating effects of exogenous substances on the germination and seedling stages of forage grass under salt stress,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the restoration and improvement of vegetation in saline alkali lands.
