Adaptability evaluation low salt of 10 oat resources in Qaidam Basin
To screen oat(Avena sativa L.)resources suitable for planting in Qaidam Basin and alleviate the contradiction between grass and livestock in Haixi region,10 oat resources were planted in Delingha City,Qinghai Province, and their production performance, agronomic traits, and nutritional quality were compared and analyzed. The results showed as follows:The leaf biomass distribution of the 10 oat resources was lower, and the stem and leaf ratio were larger.QYJ402 had the highest yield(77995 km·hm-2),and the highest leaf weight(0.75g).Hay yield and fresh-dry ratio were also good, which were 15,734 km·hm-2 and 4.96,respectively.Among the 11 indicators selected by grey relational analysis, plant height, ear length, and 1000-grain weight accounted for a greater weight, which played an important role in the comprehensive evaluation of oat resources in this region. The weighted correlation degrees of the selected 10 oat resources were as follows:QYJ 402>QYJ 385>QYJ 097>QYJ 219>QYJ 210>QYJ 193>QYJ 280>QYJ 343>QYJ 008>QYJ 238.The content of crude protein was low(9.42%-10.47%),the content of neutral detergent fiber(53.20%-60.12%)and acid detergent fiber(28.60%-34.31%)were high, and the nutritional quality of the 10 oat resources was poor. The agronomic measures should be improved to improve the forage quality.
