On the Impact of Non-Work Time Connectivity Behaviors on Employees'Work Happiness——Based on the Mediating Effect of Employees'Sense of Being Trusted
With the rapid development of internet communication technology, connectivity behaviors outside of working hours are very common in enterprises, and individuals'reactions to this are uncertain.Based on the Emo-tional Cognitive Evaluation Theory, with the sense of being trusted by employees as the mediating variable and the sense of belonging of employees as the moderating variable,a moderated mediation effect model is constructed to explore the mechanism of how connectivity behaviors outside of working hours affect employees'work happiness.Empirical results show that connectivity behaviors outside of working hours enhance employees'work happiness by eliciting a sense of being trusted.
