On Digital Empowerment in Vocational Education Talent Cultivation:Positioning,Challenges,and Pathways
Data and digital technologies are critical production elements of the digital economy,and the technolo-gies related to data collection,storage,transmission,processing,and application have driven changes in occupa-tions and job positions under new industries,business forms,and models.To adapt to and promote this digitization process,this paper analyzes the positioning of vocational education talent training for the digital economy from three levels:cognition,technology,innovation,and practice.It also discusses the existing problems and challenges in the digital talent training of vocational colleges and explores how digitization can empower the quality improvement of vocational education talent training.The paper elaborates on this from three aspects:building a dual-principal(college and enterprise)talent training system that meets the needs of job clusters;implementing a"three-stage"teacher digital capability enhancement with"leading geese"as the guide;and adhering to the personalized educa-tion concept of"modular architecture and menu-style services"to create an adaptive practical training model that integrates virtual and real environments and blends specialized and technical developments.
