红水河暗色唇鲮的年龄与生长研究

为了解广西壮族自治区红水河暗色唇鲮Semilabeo obscurus的年龄结构及生长特性,于2022年11月在红水河采集71尾样本。结果显示:样本群体由1~6龄组成,优势年龄组为3龄,占总数的39。44%;平均体长16。51 cm,平均体重122。35 g,体重(W)与体长(L)呈幂函数相关:♀:W=0。039L2。827;♂:W=0。025L2。963;群体:W=0。026L2。964,属匀速生长型;生长特性符合von Betalanffy生长方程:♀:Lt=24。74[1-e-0。419 5(t+0。243 8)],Wt=340。65[1-e-0。419 5(t+0。243 8)]2。827;♂:Lt=26。70[1-e-0。310 3(t+0。695 1)],Wt=427。98[1-e-0。310 3(t+0。695 1)]2。963;雌、雄体重生长的拐点年龄分别为2。38龄、2。85龄。本研究明确了红水河暗色唇鲮的生长特性,为其个体生物学提供了数据参考,有助于对其资源的评价和可持续利用。
Analysis of Age and Growth of Semilabeo obscurus in the Hongshui River
In order to investigate the age structure and growth characteristics of Semilabeo obscurus in the Hongshui River(Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,China),71 individuals were collected from the Hongshui River in November 2022.The results showed that the age distribution of the collected S.obscurus ranged from 1 year to 6 years,and the number of the individuals with the dominant age(3 years)accounted for 39.44%of the total.The mean body length of S.obscurus samples was 16.51 cm,and the mean body weight was 122.35 g.The relationship between body weight(W)and body length(L)was described by the linear equation:W=0.039L2.827(female),W=0.025L2.963(male),W=0.026L2.964(group).The growth characteristics were in accordance with the von Bertalanffy growth function:♀:Lt=24.74[1-e-0.419 5(t+0.243 8)],Wt=340.65[1-e-0.419 5(t+0.243 8)]2.827;♂:Lt=26.70[1-e-0.310 3(t+0.695 1)],Wt=427.98[1-e-0.310 3(t+0.695 1)]2.963.The inflection age of the growth curve for female and male individuals occurred at 2.38 years and 2.85 years,respectively.This research up-dates the life history parameters of S.obscurus in the Hongshui River and contributes to its stock assessment and sustain-able utilization.
