摘要

2019年6月8日,在云南省罗平县多依河村采集到3号树蛙科Rhacophoridae原指树蛙属Kurixalus物种标本.标本为雄性,体型较小,吻端较尖;鼓膜明显且圆;眼大,瞳孔横置;背部皮肤粗糙;泄殖孔下方具圆疣;第4指、掌部、前臂、第5趾、跖和跗的外侧均具有顶端白色的锯齿状缘膜;背面深褐色为主,四肢有深褐色横斑,两眼间有三角形黑斑;后背有一瓶形斑纹,腹面满布深色大斑点;单咽下内声囊.经过形态特征比较,并基于线粒体COⅠ基因片段构建的原指树蛙属部分物种的系统发育分析结果,鉴定这些标本为海南原指树蛙K.hainanus,是云南省两栖动物新记录.本研究扩展了对海南原指树蛙的分布范围的认知,为该物种的生物多样性研究、保护、管理,以及利用积累了重要基础数据.

Abstract

In this study,3 Kurixalus specimens were collected at the village of Duoyi River(Luoping County,Yunnan Province)on 8 June 2019.The adult male specimens have a combination of the following characters:snout-vent length 33.7-36.2 mm;snout pointed;tympanum distinct and rounded;big eyes with transverse pupils;dorsal surface rough;rounded warts below cloacal pore;lateral side of 4th finger,lateral side of metacarpus,lateral side of forearm,lateral side of 5th toe,lateral side of metatarsus and lateral side of tarsus with apical white serrated rim;dorsal surface dark brown,limbs dorsally with dark brown stripes;dark inverted triangular-shaped mark between eyes;a saddle-shaped mark with dark brown sides from the dorsal surface of shoulder backward;ventral surface of body covered with large dark spots;single subgular vocal sac.Based on morphological comparison and phylogenetic analysis for Kurixalus species,the speci-mens were identified as K.hainanus,a new amphibian species recorded in Yunnan Province.This study expands the dis-tribution range of K.hainanus and provides important basic data for biodiversity research,conservation,management and utilization of this species.
