盐酸奥替尼啶加载钛材体外抗菌性能的研究

为防止早期(4~6 h)细菌感染,本文对加载盐酸奥替尼啶钛材早期抗菌性能进行研究。将抗菌剂盐酸奥替尼啶(OCT)通过静电吸引载入到经过 24 h 5%过氧化氢处理的钛表面,钛材表面分别接种成骨细胞、金黄色葡萄球菌(S。aureus)及大肠杆菌(E。coli。)。体外细胞相容性试验证实,加载适宜浓度OCT钛基表面培养4、7、14 d后的成骨细胞增殖和分化无不良影响,对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌表现出较强的早期抗菌能力(6 h)。结果表明,盐酸奥替尼啶加载钛材具有很强的早期抗菌能力,它可以降低早期细菌粘附,同时也不降低成骨细胞的生物学功能。
Study of Octenidine dihydrochloride loaded titanium for antibiosis in vitro
This article aims to study the early antibacterial properties of titanium materials loaded with octeni-dine hydrochloride(OCT)for the prevention of early(4~6 h)bacterial infection.Octenidine,an antiseptic agent,was loaded on the surface of titanium substrate pre-treated with 5%H2O2 for 24 h via electrostatic ad-sorption.The surface of the titanium material was inoculated with osteoblasts,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli respectively.The in vitro cytocompatibility tests verified that OCT absorbing Ti-based sub-strates at suitable concentration caused no adverse effects on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts after culture for 4,7 and/or 14 days,but demonstrated strong early antimicrobial capacity(6 h)against both S.aureus and E.coli.Results indicate that titanium loaded with octenidine hydrochloride shows strong early antibacterial ability,which could reduce early bacterial adhesion without decreasing the biological functions of osteoblasts.
