摘要
本文以促进修复类药物发展为目的,对组织修复的关键概念及相关分子与药物的研发现状进行了综述.文章首先以规范使用"修复因子"一词为出发点,通过梳理相关基础概念,建议性提出了"修复因子"的科学定义.其次,文中将组织修复因子分为内源性和外源性两大类,分别进行了调研与整理,罗列出主要代表因子.然后,从小分子化药、生物药和中医药三个方面,分别报道了组织修复类药物的应用与研发现状.文章最后对修复类药物的递送材料进行了调研和评述,并对组织修复药物的研发提出了建议.
Abstract
In order to promote the development of reparative drugs,this article reviewed the key concepts of tissue repair and the current status of related molecules and drugs.Firstly,to standardize the use of the term"repair factors",this paper proposed a scientific definition of"repair factors"based on an analysis of related foundational concepts.Next,tissue repair factors were categorized into endogenous and exogenous types,with a detailed investigation and listing of the main representative factors for each.Then,the application and research status of tissue repair drugs were reported in three aspects:small molecular drugs,biological drugs and traditional Chinese medicine.At the end of this paper,the delivery materials of restorative drugs were in-vestigated and reviewed,and suggestions for the development of tissue restorative drugs were put forward.
