Analysis of Data Quality and Recorded Seismic Characteristics of DZW Gravimeter at Yichang Seismic Station
Based on the observation data of DZW gravimeter at Yichang station from 2020 to 2022,we analyzed the parameters such as integrity rate, data continuity, tide factor of M2 wave, and relative error. This paper used the earthquake catalog(MS≥4.0)within 5 000 km of Yichang station from 2020 to 2022 to analyze the characteristics of seismic events recorded by the DZW gravimeter, which was characterized by the partial coseismic response of the gravimeter. Moreover,we obtained the capability of the Station to record the earthquakes within 5 000 km.The theoretical fitting straight lines(MS = 1.185 7lgR + 2.153 5)were obtained by the distribution of the magnitudes and the distance among the earthquakes. The induced minimum earthquake recorded by the Yichang station was MS2.1 according to the joint influence of the focal depth, the subsurface propagation medium, the hypocenter geological structure, and limited seismic records within 1 000 km of the epicenter. Therefore, the theoretical recorded minimum earthquake was different from actual recorded minimum earthquake at the Yichang station.
