四川省活动断层管理与服务系统的设计和实现

四川省地震灾害严重,活动断层发育,为统一管理全省境内主要活动构造与活动断层分布情况及活动性,将相关探测数据的入库过程标准化、规范化、可视化,建立四川省活动断层管理与服务系统势在必行.该系统采用目前先进的云计算、大数据架构进行底层的基础设施环境设计,包括活动断层信息管理、辅助决策、专题图、成果可视化展示和移动终端五大子系统,实现四川省活动断层普查项目各个专题数据的综合管理、统计查询、二三维展示,为全省国土空间规划利用、重大工程项目选址、抗震设防要求管理、地震灾害风险评估和防治、地震安评等提供基础支撑.
Design of Active Fault Information Management and Service System in Sichuan Province
Active faults have been widely developed associated with serious earthquake disasters in Sichuan Province.In order to manage the distribution and activity of major active faults in Sichuan province,we have standardized,normalized and visualized the storage process of relevant detection data and established a management and service system for active faults in Sichuan Province.The system adopts the current advanced cloud-computing and big-data architecture to design the underlying infrastructure environment,which includes five subsystems such as active fault information management,auxiliary decision making,thematic mapping,visual display of results,and mobile terminal.The system realizes the comprehensive management,statistical query,and two-or three-dimensional display of the thematic data of Sichuan Province's active faults survey project.The system provides basic support for the province's territorial space planning and utilization,major project site selection,seismic fortification requirements management,earthquake disaster risk assessment and prevention,and earthquake safety rating.
