Experimental Study on Ion Chromatography Seismic Observation
We took seismic underground fluid ion chromatography observation as the research object, and analyzed the influencing factors of data in daily observations through experimental analysis. The experimental content includes the following aspects such as chromatographic column flow pressure, column temperature, suppressor working current, sample dilution concentration, and sample storage time.We measured the ion background value in common pure water. The experimental results show that the ion determination increase with the enhancement of the column temperature. The increasement in the flow rate and pressure could cause decrease in ion measurement data.Suppressing current has little effect on the observation results. The dilution ratio of the sample is inversely proportional to the observed ion concentration. The storage time of samples affects the observation results, where is different in ions exhibit data that trends with the increasement of sample storage time.Different brands of purified water have a significant influence in ion content. Therefore, suitable purified water can be selected as the mobile phase based on the observation items.
