Research on the Cultural Construction of Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction in China
In order to promote the construction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction culture in China,and cultivate a strong environment of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the whole society,we based on the grounded theory research method,the definition,classification,and proposed 13 characteristics of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction culture.Moreover,we analyzed the main body,elements,positioning,and goals of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction culture.In addition,we analyzed the important significance,conceptual methods,and basic content of cultural construction for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.Finally,we used on the interactive logic of"earthquake culture",and proposed two policy recommendations to build a memory system for earthquake disasters,which could stimulate the role of cultural earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
