基于超磁分离技术的金刚石钻探超细岩粉清除实验研究

为解决金刚石钻探工艺冲洗液中超细岩粉难以清除的难题,探究了基于超磁分离技术清除超细岩粉的效果.设计了不同加药种类和加量情况下的冲洗液超细岩粉清除实验,通过比较超细岩粉去除率和磁种回收率得出最优加药方案.实验结果表明:在3‰浓度的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺无固相冲洗液中加入0.5‰的硫酸铝能达到最佳岩粉清除效果,具有96.76%的超细岩粉去除率以及96.03%的磁种回收率.通过皮尔逊相关系数分析证明了适量加药范围内超细岩粉去除率和磁种回收率呈正相关性.以上研究成果为超磁分离技术在金刚石钻探工艺冲洗液中超细岩粉清除的成功应用奠定了一定的基础.
Experimental Study on Removal of Ultrafine Rock Powder in Diamond Drilling Based on Supermagnetic Separation Technology
In order to solve the difficult problem of removing ultrafine rock powder from diamond drilling washing fluid,the removal effect of ultrafine rock powder based on super-magnetic separation technology was investigated.The removal experiments of ultrafine rock powder in different types and amounts were designed,and the optimal dosing scheme was obtained by comparing the removal rate of ultrafine rock powder and the recovery rate of magnetic seed.The experimental results show that adding 0.5%o aluminum sulfate in 3%o concentration of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide solid-free washing solution can achieve the best rock powder removal effect,with 96.76%ultrafine rock powder removal rate and 96.03%magnetic seed recovery rate.Pearson correlation coefficient analysis proved that there was a positive correlation between the removal rate of ultrafine rock powder and the recovery rate of magnetic seed in the appropriate dosage range.The above research results have laid a certain foundation for the successful application of the super-magnetic separation technology in the removal of ultrafine rock powder from the diamond drilling process washing fluid
