摘要
为全面保障全区人民群众生命财产安全和经济建设奠定安全基石,结合地质灾害风险调查评价结果,叙州区主要采取了避险搬迁、工程治理、自动化专业监测、群测群防等综合防治措施.实现了"人防+技防"防灾体系,变被动防灾转化为主动防灾,有效控制了地质灾害带来的危害.
Abstract
In order to comprehensively guarantee the safety of people's lives and property and lay the foundation stone for economic construction in the region,combined with the results of geological hazard risk survey and evaluation,Xuzhou District has mainly taken comprehensive prevention and control measures such as risk avoidance relocation,engineering governance,automation professional monitoring,mass monitoring and mass prevention.The disaster prevention system of"civil air defense+technical defense"has been realized.It realizes the purpose of proactive disaster prevention and effectively controls the harm caused by geological disasters.
