为了提高对藏东南地区泥石流信息管理水平,进行有效的危险性分析以及科学的工程影响研究,构建了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的藏东南泥石流信息管理系统,并详细介绍了系统的结构和基本功能.该系统实现了泥石流信息管理、泥石流危险性评价、泥石流危险度分区以及受灾情况分析等功能.基于GIS的藏东南泥石流信息管理系统的建立,可以实现藏东南地区泥石流信息的动态化管理和科学化分析,并为藏东南地区的防灾减灾提供一定的技术支持.
Research on Information Management System of Debris Flow in Southeast Tibet Based on GIS
In order to improve the information management level of debris flow in southeast Tibet,and carry out effective risk analysis and scientific engineering impact study,an information management system of debris flow in southeast Tibet based on geographic information system(GIS)is constructed,and its structure and basic functions are introduced detailed.The system realizes the functions of debris flow information management,debris flow risk assessment,debris flow risk zoning and disaster analysis.The establishment of the GIS-based mud-rock flow information management system in southeast Tibet can realize the dynamic management and scientific analysis of mud-rock flow information in southeast Tibet,which providing some technical support for disaster prevention and reduction in southeast Tibet.
