藏东南地区泥石流监测预警系统设计与实现

利用ArcGis Engine进行系统的二次开发,设计了藏东南地区泥石流监测预警系统,应用泥石流预警模型,实现了泥石流信息的实时分析及预警,快速发布泥石流预警信息.通过安装监测设备,对地质、水文等因素进行实时监测,及时掌握泥石流发生的可能性.同时,对于已经发生的泥石流,还需要对其规模、速度、方向等进行监测和分析,以便更好地预测和预警未来可能发生的泥石流.以藏东南地区作为研究区域,验证系统的适用性和可靠性,通过系统可以实现藏东南泥石流信息的实时监测分析及大数据管理与查询,加强对泥石流预警和应急响应的能力,为藏东南地区泥石流的防灾避灾提供技术支持.
Design and Implementation of a Debris Flow Monitoring and Warning System in Southeast Tibet
The monitoring and warning system of debris flow in southeast Tibet is designed by using ArcGis Engine for secondary development of the system.The debris flow warning model was applied to achieve real-time analysis and early warning of debris flow information,and quickly release debris flow warning information.By installing monitoring equipment,real-time monitoring of geological,hydrological and other factors can be carried out to timely grasp the possibility of debris flow occurrence.At the same time,for existing debris flows,it is necessary to monitor and analyze their scale,speed,direction,etc.In order to better predict and warn of potential future debris flows.Taking the southeast Tibet region as the research area,the applicability and reliability of the system are verified.Through the system,real-time monitoring and analysis of debris flow information in Southeast Tibet and Big data management and query can be realized,and the ability of early warning and emergency response to debris flow can be strengthened,which providing technical support for disaster prevention and avoidance of debris flow in Southeast Tibet.
