摘要
分析喷气涡流纺的现状和发展趋势,指出以喷气涡流纺为代表的新型纺纱在产量、质量、用工及降本增效等方面具有传统纺纱无法比拟的明显优势.探讨喷气涡流纺技术的突破和创新,包括在新型纤维和新型纱线方面的研发进展.对国内纺织器材企业在涡流纺设备主机、辅机及专件的研发和应用进展进行深入剖析,发现:喷气涡流纺国产胶辊、胶圈、纺锭以及其他配套设备主机、辅机、专件器材在产品质量和使用寿命方面表现出色,不仅可以满足涡流纺纱线的质量要求,还具有较长的使用周期,完全可以替代进口产品.结果显示:喷气涡流纺具有工艺流程短、纺纱速度快、生产成本低的明显优势,有逐步抢占传统纺纱市场份额的趋势,为新型纺纱的推广应用提供了良好的发展契机.
Abstract
The present situation and development trend of air-jet vortex spinning were analyzed.It points out that the new spinning represented by air-jet vortex spinning has obvious advantages over traditional spinning in terms of output,quality,labor consumption and cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The breakthrough and innovation of air-jet vortex spinning technology were discussed,including the development progress of new fibers and new yarns.The development and application progress of domestic textile equip-ment enterprises in the main engine,auxiliary engine and special parts of vortex spinning equipment were deeply analyzed.It is found that the domestic cots,aprons,spindles and other supporting equipment of air-jet vortex spinning are excellent in product quality and service life,which can not only meet the quality requirements of vortex spinning yarn,but also have a long service life,and can com-pletely replace imported products.The results show that air-jet vortex spinning has obvious advantages of short process flow,high spinning speed and low production cost,and has the trend of gradually seizing the market share of traditional spinning,which provides a good development loom for the popularization and application of new spinning.
