加工及测试温度对间隔织物增强复合板材力学性能的影响

为提高复合板材加工效率,研究不同固化温度、不同测试温度下复合板材的性能。以超高分子量聚乙烯长丝为原料织造机织间隔织物,通过泡沫填充、树脂复合制作间隔织物复合板材,在不同的温度下完成树脂固化,探讨固化温度对间隔织物增强复合板材力学性能的影响,在不同的温度下对复合板材进行力学性能测试,探究测试温度对复合板材的力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固化温度的升高,完全固化的时间随之降低,但与常温固化力学性能数据差异不显著。在高温下,复合板材的平压性能和弯曲性能没有受到显著影响,但使经纬向侧压性能下降,下降幅度分别高达69。59%和60。08%,经纬向平均下降幅度为64。84%;在低温下,复合板材的平压性能、经纬向侧压性能没有受到显著影响,但使弯曲性能大幅提高,提高幅度达61。67%。
Effect of Processing and Testing Temperature on the Mechanical Properties of Spacer Fabric Reinforced Composite Panels
The mechanical properties of the composite panels were tested at different temperatures,where the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament is used as the raw material to weave woven spacer fabrics.The spacer fabric is filled with foam,The effect of curing temperature on the mechanical properties of the spacer fabric reinforced composite panels was discussed.Then the in-fluence of the test temperature on the mechanical properties of the composite panels was explored.The results of experiments show that with the temperature increase,the flat compression performance and bending performance of the composite panels were not sig-nificantly affected,but the lateral compression performance of the warp and weft direction decreased,with a decrease by 69.59%and 60.08%respectively,and the average decrease in the warp and weft directions was 64.84%.
