玻纤增强聚氨酯串联电杆力学行为及结构效应

研究玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料在串联式电杆领域的应用情况。根据国家标准GB/T 41491-2022,针对玻纤增强聚氨酯复合材料锥形电杆,通过理论推导和有限元分析模型,分析不同串接结构杆体的质量分布及力学行为。结果表明,串联式电杆较一体式电杆轻,而且按照等质量方式分配的杆体具有较小的质量,这使得它在交通不便区域更便于人工搬运;在相同受载情况下,串联式玻纤增强聚氨酯复合材料电杆容易超出标准的挠度要求,但能够满足在受载情况下的力学性能要求。
Mechanical Behavior and Structural Effect of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyurethane for Tandem Pole
The application of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite in the field of tandem pole was studied.According to the national standard GB/T 41491-2022,the mass distribution and mechanical behavior of the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite conical electric pole were analyzed through theoretical deduction and finite element analysis model.The results show that the tandem pole is lighter than the integrated pole.The pole distributed according to the equal mass mode has less mass and is more conducive to manual handling in inconvenient areas.Under the same load condition,the tandem glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite pole is easy to exceed the standard deflection requirements,but it can meet the mechanical properties requirements.
