Analysis and Discussion of Common Unqualified Items in Textile Physical Performance Testing
Based on daily inspection work,fully considering the impact of seasonal changes on the selection of fabric composition and performance of textile products,representative annual inspection data was selected,and the main unqualified items in the physical performance test data of textiles were analyzed in detail.The results indicate that the main unqualified items of textiles are concentrat-ed in three aspects:seam performance,pilling and pilling performance,and washing size change rate.In response to the above un-qualified projects,the causes of fabric composition,process,structure,and post-processing finishing were analyzed,and rectification suggestions from physical and chemical aspects were proposed to improve product quality.
