摘要
围绕新质生产力的核心要素及发展趋势,分析全球服装智造行业的概况及面临的机遇与挑战.探讨新质生产力对高职院校服装智造专业人才培养模式的影响与意义,总结现阶段我国高职院校在服装智造人才培养方面存在的问题,提出新质生产力发展下服装智造人才培养的新变化、新要求,并探讨相应的改革策略.结合长三角地区高职院校服装智造人才培养模式实践案例,深入分析新质生产力背景下的产业需求,强调高职院校服装专业人才培养模式改革的必要性和紧迫性,构建高职院校服装智造人才培养模式的框架,以适应服装产业的技术变革和市场需求,为相关领域的教育实践和政策制定提供理论支撑和实践指导.
Abstract
Focused on the core elements and development trend of new quality productivity,the overview,opportunities and chal-lenges of the global apparel intellectual manufacturing industry were analyzed.The impact and significance of the new quality produc-tivity on the talent cultivation mode of apparel manufacturing in higher vocational colleges and universities were explored.The prob-lems existing in the cultivation of apparel manufacturing talents in China's higher vocational colleges and universities at the present stage were summarized.The new changes and requirements for the cultivation of apparel manufacturing talents under the development of the new quality productivity were put forward,and the corresponding reform strategies were explored.Combined the case analysis of the practice of the apparel manufacturing talent cultivation mode of the higher vocational colleges and universities in Yangtze River Delta region,the industrial demand under the background of new quality productivity was analyzed,while emphasizing the necessity and urgency of reforming the talent cultivation mode of apparel majors in higher vocational colleges and universities,constructing the framework of apparel intellectual manufacturing talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges and universities to adapt to the technological change and market demand of the apparel industry,and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the edu-cational practice and policy formulation in the related fields.
