摘要

为探讨关键参数对70 MPa氢隔膜压缩机产气效率的影响规律,建立AMESim 一维仿真模型,系统分析转速、进气压力和进气温度3个关键参数对产气效率的影响.结果表明:氢气最大压力和产气速率随转速升高而显著增加,且与进气压力正相关,与进气温度负相关;产气量与转速无关,与进气压力正相关,与进气温度负相关;最高氢气温度对转速变化不敏感,且与进气压力负相关,与进气温度正相关;产气效率受转速影响较小,随进气压力增加而提升,转速为900 r/min时最大增加0.21 g/kJ,随进气温度增加而降低,转速为300 r/min时最大降低0.07 g/kJ.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of key parameters on the gas pro-duction efficiency of 70 MPa hydrogen diaphragm compressor.Through the establishment of AMESim one-dimensional simulation model,the influence of three key parameters of RPM,intake pressure and in-take temperature on gas production efficiency is systematically analyzed.The results show that the maxim-um hydrogen pressure and gas production rate increase significantly with the increase of RPM,and are pos-itively correlated with the intake pressure and negatively correlated with the intake temperature.The gas production has nothing to do with the RPM,but it is positively correlated with the intake pressure and neg-atively correlated with the intake temperature.The maximum hydrogen temperature is not sensitive to the change of rotational speed,and is negatively correlated with the intake pressure and positively correlated with the intake temperature.The gas production efficiency is less affected by the rotational speed,and in-creases with the increase of the intake pressure.When the rotational speed is 900 r/min,the maximum in-crease is 0.21 g/kJ,and decreases with the increase of the intake temperature.When the rotational speed is 300 r/min,the maximum decrease is 0.07 g/kJ.
