To explore possible optimization paths for the dry gas seal structure of coal seam gas compressors,taking the spiral groove type dry gas seal as an example,based on the establishment of a simulation model for the dry gas seal structure,the pressure distribution of the structure is analyzed.Based on the pressure distribution results,further simulation analysis is carried out on the impact of the three main parameters of equipment spindle speed,spiral angle,and spiral groove number on the sealing performance of the dry gas seal structure,Based on the analysis results,relevant suggestions for the design and optimization of dry gas seal structures are proposed,in order to provide reference and inspiration for future research work.
