2-amino-4-acetylpyrimidine is a heterocyclic compound of acetylpyrimidines with good biological activity.It is an important intermediate in the preparation of sulfonamide drugs containing pyrimidine rings and sulfonylurea herbicides.Studied the synthesis pathway and method of 2-amino-4-acetylpyrimidine,elaborated on the operational steps and process of synthesizing 2-amino-4-acetylpyrimidine from 2,3-butanedione,explained the problems encountered during the process and their solutions,and determined the optimal reaction parameters and final route through the optimization of the operating process under the new path.Explored a safe,efficient,and high-yield synthesis pathway for the synthesis of 2-amino-4-acetylpyrimidine from 2,3-butanedione.
