摘要

超临界流体萃取技术是一种利用超临界流体作为提取分离介质的萃取技术,已在食品、制药行业得到广泛的应用,但其在中药研究开发方面的应用却鲜有报道.对超临界流体萃取技术的原理、特性进行介绍,综述该技术在中药有效成分的提取、分离及纯化方面的研究情况,对其在中药研究开发中的优越性进行归纳总结,并展望其在中药研究开发中的应用前景,为超临界萃取技术用于中药的研究与开发提供借鉴.

Abstract

Supercritical fluid extraction technology is an extraction technology using supercritical fluid as the extraction and separation medium,which has been widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industry,but its application in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine is rarely reported.The principle and characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction technology are introduced,summarizing the research on the extraction,separation and purification of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients,summarizing the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine,and exploring its application prospect in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine,provide reference for the application of supercritical extraction technology in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
